BACK PAIN
Chronic or acute back pain may arise from spinal misalignments from previous physical traumas or daily physical stresses that place stress on joints within the spine and/or their associated nerves.
Common Symptoms: Muscle tightness/tension, limited movement (stiffness), and shooting, grabbing, dull-aching pains in the lower or upper back. Pain in between the shoulder blades and the mid-back
NECK PAIN

Whether the pain is a minor twinge or something that has made the neck immobile, it affects so much of the range of movement that it’s near impossible to stop it from interfering with daily activities. Neck problems that can sometimes lead to pain referring into the arms and hands, headaches, and even muscle weakness over time.

HEADACHES & MIGRAINES
Nerve pressure existing within the upper cervical spine is a major contributor to headaches. By reducing spinal misalignments via adjustments, we help relieve headache frequency and intensity.

POOR POSTURE
Sitting at a desk, working in arkward positions for long periods of time (e.g barbering, hairdressing, tattooing) are major contributing factors to poor posture. Over time, this can negatively impact the nervous system, causing symptoms like headaches, digestive issues, and impaired concentration.

FAQ
-
Is my issue muscular or spine-related?Muscles and joints tend to work hand-in-hand with each other. When joints become unstable due to misalignment, they're at a greater risk of injury and damage. This causes muscles supporting those to tighten up in an effort to protect those joints from further damage! Addressing underlying joint instability is the first step in addressing muscular tightness.
