WORK INJURY CHIROPRACTIC CARE · CLYDE NORTH
Hurt at Work?
Don't Wait Until It Gets Worse.
You told your boss. You saw your doctor. You got some rest and painkillers. But weeks later, you still can't lift, sit, or move without pain.
Maybe it has built up slowly from months of heavy lifting, long shifts, or sitting at a desk all day. Now it is hard to get through a work day without pain.
Either way, something has changed. And rest alone is not fixing it.

Why Your Pain Might Not Be Going Away
Most work injuries are treated the same way. Rest, painkillers, maybe some time off. That can help in the short term.
But if the way your spine moves or sits has changed because of the injury, rest will not fix that. The pain settles for a while, you go back to work, and it comes back. This is common with injuries like lifting strains, falls, repetitive tasks, and long hours in one position. But if nobody has checked how your spine is actually functioning, the cause goes unaddressed.
That is where we come in.

What Happens at Your First Visit
Your first visit is about finding out what is going on. Not rushing into treatment. Here is what we may do:
Ask about your injury. We talk about how it happened, what your job involves, and how you have felt since.
Check how you move. We look at how well your neck and back are working.
Test your nerves and muscles. If needed, we check your reflexes, feeling, and strength.
Scan your spine. We use thermography to measure how your nervous system is working along your spine.
Look at your posture. We check how you sit and stand, and where the problem may be.
Review your scans. Bring any you have. We only arrange more if there is a clear reason.
Explain it simply. We tell you what we found and what your choices are.
And if we do not think we can help you, we will say so. We will point you in the right direction without charging you.
